When I turn on the water to the "control box" no water comes out of it and the robot complains about an error 3000. I contacted support and they said to send it back to Amazon. I spent a lot of time setting up the plumbing for this. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a Hue Bridge Pro and have not made any changes in months. There are bulbs in the same room as the bridge and they are not reachable. I have power cycled the bulbs and the bridge several times. I changed the zigbee channel several times. I am at a loss.
