How Often Do You Lift?

Hey besties, how many days per week do you lift?

I was doing 6 days a week, (lower body every third day, 2x shoulders/tris, and 1x back per week).

But life is life-ing, and I had to drop down to 5 days a week.

I feel like I’m leaving gains on the table (for example, I COULD hit back today because it’s not sore, and it’s been several days since I trained it, but today is supposed to be a rest/life admin day).

Am I crazy? Can I work my way toward a pro card on 5 days a week? I am not used to resting this much. Was I doing damage by NOT resting?

Sweating Tan Off

This is gross, sorry ladies. I currently use B-tan mousse and then top up with Tanologist Gradual Tan lotion. Super affordable combo that works well for me.

However: when I wake up there’s always a crime-scene outline of my body on my white sheets where my tan has sweated onto my sheets. I live somewhere where air conditioning isn’t as common.

Not sweating when I sleep is one answer but whether it’s due to climate, my meds, or something else, I just tend to sweat. 🤷‍♀️

Any advice? Does this happen to anyone else?

Thank You! 💕

Completed my first season about six weeks ago. Thank you to this sub for the inspiration, encouragement, and community.

I’m not sure I would’ve ever become a bodybuilder had I not lurked on r/bikinitalk for months prior, and now I can’t imagine my life without this sport. I love learning from you all and seeing everyone’s progress. Thank you so much ladies!!
