Hi everyone,

We are a manufacturing and design company based in Vietnam. We are looking to expand and sell our products (specifically custom keyboards and computer equipment) into the US market first, followed by a global rollout.

Since we are operating overseas, we are facing two major roadblocks:

Tariffs & Regulations: We don't fully understand the US tariff system and import regulations for tech/computer peripherals yet. What is the best way or resource for an international small business to navigate this?

Local Presence: We currently do not have the resources to open a physical branch or entity in the US.

For those who have successfully expanded into the US or are currently in the computer hardware industry, how did you find your first US partners or distributors? Is it better to look for B2B collaborators, or should we focus entirely on cross-border e-commerce first?

Any advice, resources, or shared experiences would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
