I will always appreciate my old Ender 3 v1

I was given an OG Ender 3 v1 just over a year ago. After a bit of tuning, it ran like a charm for about 9 months. I did a few minor upgrades, replaced some parts, learned about trouble-shooting (fresh thermal paste around the thermistor fixes the thermal runaway error), etc. Started running into some under-extrusion issues related to heat creep in March that I couldn't solve and decided that I use the machine enough to justify purchasing a more modern printer.

I went with an Elegoo CC2 and it has been wonderful. However, working on my Ender gave me a great understanding of how these machines work. Whenever I need to replace something or have a basic issue with my Elegoo, I am completely comfortable taking it apart to work on it without worrying about harming anything. I have my Ender to thank for that.
