This is what a short stroll around One Mile can gift you
I love One Mile. I grew up on the edge of Brisbane - South. The wide edge between rural and suburban. One Mile reminds me of that.

In this market with investors out of the picture, I’m thinking a 3b house with nice big 1 bed 1 bath (big lounge, kitchen etc) granny flat is still attractive to multi generational families.
Am I dreaming? We’re in One Mile in Ipswich qld.
Low end of market so still accessible to first home buyers (under 1m).
It’s going to be a sell and emigrate versus stay decision for us.
With the NG and CGT changes, are houses with dual potential likely to go better for rental potential/better yield. Or too many other factors to say.
Eg: Older 3bed 1 bath House on bigger block with 1 bed 1 bath self contained granny flat versus 4bed 2 bath newer built on postage stamp in nearby ghetto development (assume same suburb - Ipswich qld for example).
I have never really heard in pop culture about orgasm during sleep in women. It seems expected in males only.
I have certainly experienced sleep orgasm - not some hyper sexual thing associated with vivid imagery necessarily. Just a plain old orgasm- Body doing its thing.
The likelihood that I’m alone in this seems expected if I go on pop culture mentions of the phenomenon but biology doesn’t work that way. It must be as common in women as in men. Perhaps the narrative of men’s sexuality being uncontrollable or women being only the objects of sexual stuff suppresses awareness- who knows.
But I wanted to check with females about whether this is as common and normal as I suspect it probably is.
