Thank you to the teenagers at work, for pointing this one out….

It took until my mid twenties to figure out how to control my weight but, hey I did it! Got another 10-20lb to be fully be at my IBM. Childhood trauma really mess me up until I fully got away from everyone and focus on myself. My biggest challenge now is working on my arms. They’re still the size of people thighs. Finally got some muscle mass going on so there’s that. Just one step at a time.
