Recruiter here; to my fellow Recruiters, have you successfully navigated agency-side & in-house roles in multiple industries?

For those of you who have successfully navigated both inhouse and agency recruitment, how do you find shifting focuses in different industries? I have been in a niche industry for the last 10+ years in agency and inhouse roles, and part of me is considering to (1) step into a dual recruiting/professional development role or (2) try a completely new industry.

Has anyone successfully navigated a new industry? Did you have any challenges or regrets?

Anyone have recommendations for XL/2XL gloves to work in?

My SO and I are working with pavers at the moment. He keeps going through gloves in hours. Does anyone have any recommendations for good gloves or brands to buy that will be a bit more durable for yard work, building things, and overall physical labor?

He has tried Husky, Milwaukee, and Firm Grip brands already. Thank you in advance!
