Yall!!!’ I am STRUGGLING with food waste. I throw away so much food it’s insane.

I don’t have any children and I live alone. I try to eat leftovers but by day three I’m ready to toss them. Or I put them in the refrigerator and sometimes forget about them until they are a science experiment. I try to throw them out every few days but a few times a month I have to do a serious refrigerator purge.

How are you managing this because I’m out of ideas!!!!
