So after September 18 public charge rule applies , if people that already did interview and are paused due to the visa ban of 75 country what would happen then to these people ? If your not a public charge then what?
What I don’t understand is after so many judges have been on plaintiffs side of ruling against government to continue processing. What is judge Vargas waiting for ? There has been so many cases that judge rules against any immigration topic.
Anyone with hopes for this upcoming week for a rulling? Or what is time frame we’re thinking ?

So if we are all at the stage where we are in our country for green cards will this new USCIS rule apply towards pause being lifted if we are doing it the correct way? And let’s say we did interview and now under 221g should we be in front of line because of this new update from USCIS ?
What is everyone’s expectations for judge Vargas to make decision on this case? Should we expect something this week? This month? What is everyone’s thoughts ?
