I'm looking to buy a 2.5 BHK between 1400 - 1500 sft so i went to check sumadhura - gardens by the brook. It looks good, low density and a good club house.

But, there's a railway track near by so i can hear the train sound when i was there near the sales office.

Is anyone here living in this community or near by Aparna ? If so, is the train sounds too loud ? Can you hear from the bedroom ?

Also, they're quoting 7800 per sft. Is it a good price ? Or too pricy for the location?

My office is in hitech city, near inorbit mall, so can i consider it even though it's more than 30kms

How's Sumadhura as a builder? I don't know much about them. Someone please suggest.
