Does anyone do all or mostly group fitness?

I really like leading classes. I only teach a few right now and do mostly 1 on 1s at my club. Im wondering if when I go off on my own if it would be realistic to try to do a wide variety of classes and grow them to a point where I can phase out 1 on 1s/semi private do mostly groups.

If this is what you do and you work full time or close to it, what are your busiest times, days and types of classes?

This 6% milk is great

Ive seen it posted here a fee times not long ago and I saw it at the grocery store yesterday. I was expecting it to be closer to cream than the milk im used to but the viscosity and flavour are honestly closer to 3.25% milk than 5% cream. Its still more creamy than than 3.25% but definitely still good for drinking on its own if the calories arent a concern for you.

I havent tried it in tea or coffee though. Im generally a 2% in my tea and coffee kind of guy but Ill take a whack with the 6%.
