Shower question: chalk or grout?
Getting some leakage under shower threshold. Should I use silicone chalk or re-grout inside the threshold?

Tile stain
The floor outside my shower is stained. Seems to be getting worse. We’ve re caulked inside the threshold, but no change. Any ideas? Pan leakage? Tile guy had no idea

Housing Crisis
The Mt. Laurel ruling is resulting in apartment buildings popping up all over. Here’s the rub….where are the new/affordable condos? There aren’t any. In order to enter the real estate market and ultimately build wealth, starter homes need to be on the market and we just don’t have any in NJ. Our government ought to set up requirements that a certain% of new developments be affordable and for purchase. Developers will squawk but too bad.
