Mixed Leafy Greens on top of a feta cream. On top of the leafs, BALSAMIC. On the side of course we have a generous cold slice of watermelon.

This is the most delicious and refreshing salad I’ve ever eaten in my life.

Ill go first: Holes - 2003

my salad: cucumbers, baby tomatoes and red pepper.

+ on top: greek feta, peeled cucumber skin cut in pieces and grilled bread cut in triangles and squares.

dressing: plenty of olive oil, salt, and 10 years old dried oregano
