Don’t want my nose broken

I’ve been thinking about starting boxing. However, one thing that worries me is getting my nose broken.
For people who have been boxing for a while: is a broken nose basically inevitable if you spar regularly, or is it possible to box for years without breaking it ?
I’m not afraid of getting hit, but I’d really prefer to keep my nose intact

Could this be brain injury from Prozac ?

I started taking Prozac 5 years ago and took it for one year. Shortly after starting Prozac, I began experiencing brain zaps. I later stopped it abruptly instead of tapering off gradually. It has now been 4 years since I stopped taking Prozac, and I still occasionally get brain zaps. Could this indicate a brain injury related to Prozac or stopping it?

Help me find the song 🙏🏻

It has an electric guitar solo, the voice is young male or female, slow beat, feels like rock but a bit modern and has something like that in lyrics « I don’t pay I don’t … »

For each previous experience, should I list all projects with their impact, or only highlight a few key ones while keeping the rest more general (e.g., responsibilities, governance, automation skills)?

Also, for older experiences, should those be detailed with projects, or is it acceptable to keep them more vague since there isn’t enough space on a resume?

Had a really productive day, then crashed in the evening—bought sugary snacks and ignored my bedtime. The next day I felt off, unproductive, and the sugar cravings came back after 20 days without it.

This keeps happening: I push hard, then crash and just want sugar and to scroll or play games. Glad I don’t crave alcohol or cigarettes anymore, but how do I bounce back from this without repeating the cycle?
