tldr: cat wet cough, is this a emergency hospital situation or can I wait till the morning to see the vet. video attached.

it’s currently almost 8pm where i live, i just got home from work a little bit ago & i was sitting at the dining room table when i heard the craziest sound, i thought it was the dog but then I heard it again just quieter. i looked over to my cat & saw her coughing. it doesn’t sound like a typical cough, it sounded more wet like phlegmy. this hasn’t happened before, i haven’t heard a cough like this. it sounds like when a human has a cough with phlegm but can’t cough it out. the cat meowing in the video is a different cat. she is not having trouble breathing, is behaving normally, still wanting pets it just sounds like there’s something stuck (not an actual object). can I wait till the morning to take her to our regular veterinary or is this an emergency? can add more information if available and needed.
