Pozdrav raja,

Hi everyone,

I have some experience in Revit, primarily electrical design. I attended a basic course in person at a certain company. However, I learned a lot on my own and through preparation for the Autodesk Certified Professional Exam. I also followed tutorials on YouTube (for example Electrical Rob and his projects for residential and commercial buildings). I looked for jobs in companies that work with Revit, but I was always rejected when I got to the technical part of the interview, even for junior positions. It is quite clear that I need more practice, but it is very difficult to work independently without real-world projects. However, an opportunity opened up for me for a well paid internship, but in the electricity distribution industry. So completely unrelated to BIM. But I had to accept it because there was no job on the radar, and of course I need money like we all do. So now I have a year to master Revit as well as possible along with the internship and then get the job I want. What is the best way to use that time, should I freelance on projects, are there real-world projects somewhere that I could work on myself, or something similar. Any suggestion will help.
