My 2003 xsara revealed its rear wheels curse. Looks like the axle is kinda bending, both rear. I bought the car 1 month ago. Should the technical control notice it or may it have appear within the past month ?

I recently tried tu CLA this Zenit E. I removed the top cap, gently clean inside, and remounted everything. I double checked everything, but the lever feels like it does not click like it should, BUT the main issue is that when i release the lever, the mirror lifts, and I can't tell why. It look like the curtain pushes the mechanism but i'm unsure about it.
Do you guys know this issue ?
