I Navigated Woodford's and Morrill's Corner Without Any Issues Today

This clusterfuck that usually takes 15 minutes to navigate was working fine today without any construction or asshole drivers. What the hell am I supposed to do with the several minutes I saved while driving? What will I talk to my coworkers about when we usually complain about how awful all of this shit is? How am I supposed to feel a sense of heightened superiority when no one with out of state plates gets into the wrong lane and I have to unsafely zip around them?

This shit just truly ruined the part of the day I'm supposed to feel the worst about and it's unacceptable

The Speed Bumps on Ocean Ave and Payson Park are in the Wrong Places

Genuinely, they're too close to driveways and crosswalks and it's just poor implementation of a good idea that will just give more cannon fodder to the "never change anything, ever" crowd

Question for Lodges who Rent Instead of Owning

Our lodge is fine, our building is not. It's at a point where the efforts to upkeep the building are detracting from the membership's ability to be active in other ways.

We have floated the idea to sell the building, and rent.

For those who rent, what spaces do you rent from, what issues do you run into, and what efforts do you recommend we consider before moving towards this path?
