I have been playing as a monkey using the ghost rolls and being a cargo technician so I can be the mail monkey MM but when I speak it says that I am monkey whatever number. I want it to show MM is there a way I can make it show MM
The thing that shows my growth the most is 2 antags cosmic cult and changeling.
My first time being one of the starting members of the cult I didn't do anything helpful but I was still learning the game and after that shift I turned antags off to learn more basics. My second time in cosmic cult i converted some people helping the cult but I was a wet noodle in a fight so I wasn't good when we went loud. My 3 time and most recent i converted some people like before but when sec came to the monolith i held the line by using my advantage of being in a small hallway in mants. I was holding them back and healing myself when they retreated for a second until backup came and helped me. So that shows me that my skills have improved.
I also had two changeling shifts. My first one i was learning the antag and was hiding in maints and got killed by another changeling so not great. My second round i tryed the same thing and attacked a guy in maints but he escaped and told sec but sec just whent "pst what? Lings? No that can't be true" and I was free and then a realized that I was part of med so I waited a second for some bodies to go to the morg and took their DNA. This let me get strong abilities with low risk. Until I had to shift into someone else to get more DNA and the only DNA I had to shift into was dead people and medical workers so I had to avoid the person I was faking to be. And med had a rev and found out I wasn't a person. Then the guy I was faking to be came into a room with me alone so I attacked and he ran into med where I followed and got almost killed until a borg saved me and pulled me out. He took me to a janitor closet and healed me up and whent to get my legs that the revs ripped off. I realized that I can just grow limbs back and got up when a janitor came in and I attacked and FINALLY GOT THE KILL when the borg came back with my old legs and saw me. They pulled the body away and told me "BAD" so I asked for the body they said no. So I attacked them they ran and I had the body. After that I whent loud and started killing people in the hallway for the corpses I needed to absorb for my antag task. When I passed med they recognized me and chased me down. I knew I couldn't win against like 9 people so I ran into maints hid and swapped body's whent to evac where they saw me pointed me out but the lights whent out on evac and I had a perk where I had night vision and turned fully invisible in dark so I was fine. So on the end screen I had the butiful all green text of victory.
This shift showed me that I NEED to play my cards right to win and not just camp maints.
In the dream I was dating a girl i have never met in real life but it felt real. Then suddenly my dream self remembered my real life girl friend and practically told the new one fuck off. At this point in the dream I was still thinking it was real so I'm confused.
What Ethics do you think they would have. I feel like the would have Fanatic Militarist and Xenophile because they like anything that gives them a good fight. For civics I have no clue because I want them to have fanatic Purifiers but you need xenophobe so idk
I was spectating and saw that i could be a closet skeleton and saw i could be antag or crew so I was like imma cause a little bit of chaos and do some rp as a skeleton lol. I started looking for clothes and found a drill while I was at it and thought of something funny. I was going to drill the doors in the hallways while the place was spaced. I started and whent going and saw cap. I sayed hi and would have stopped if asked but he just gunned me down and kept going on like nothing happened. I did look through the chat and saw that AFTER I DIED he realized my body was gone and he felt "kinda bad". He could have easily stopped me by just fucking TALKING BUT NOO HE HAD TO FUCKING GUN ME DOWN.
I forgot I could be a Zeno and spawn in as one. Didn't realize that I wasn't a scientist for a sec, and spawned in the middle of the bar/kitchen area. Ran for maintenance got seen by bartender and hid. I read the guidebook for help became the queen got seen by random ass janitor they ran. I spread built and layed eggs. Sec came when I had two workers and nothing else and I died with almost no crew harm. (Imma watch YouTube videos about the antagonist that I select now lol) (after looking for a video I have realized that there are 2 things one goob station has different zenos two there are NO FUCKING VIDEOS OF GOOB STATION ZENOS)
If I got syndi agent in sci could I just spawn like 40 anomalies and destroy the station? (This is really just a shit post of a shower thought but could this work?)
I was playing a bong and cot critted in space and wanted to die but didn't know how so pls tell me how to die as a borg so when this does happen again I can at least spectate
This was about 3 and a half days into playing the game so still new and wanted to try sec. My first time playing i learned a lot about melee fighting and felt actually good until all sec got gibed and the station whent into caose. Second time I didn't do anything because there was a cold gas leakage and my species was super weak against cold so I couldn't leave sec. And my third time I tried to learn more but the sec team was to busy to help and the hos cap and someone high up all yelled at me to get good and learn like a cadet is supposed to be a god amongst me like sorry I'm still new to combat. So I moved to science and had a wonderful time and had fun.
I started about a week and a half ago and I'm decent at artifacts in science and I started playing the RD role and it was fine the first 2 shifts then my third the ai was killing people and I didn't know how fix it. Because of that command started yelling at me, like sorry that it's my third shift as rd? Then the next shift captain killed himself and I got promoted. Then nukeis attacked like 5 minutes after I got promoted i ran the teleported near them didn't know where to go, got jumped and the disk was taken after I was killed. So should I stay rd and keep learning or just be a sciencentist. (Im probs going to keep learning like they say in Dwarf fortress, loosing is fun)
