Advice for a small, isolated TOH?

Advice for a small, isolated TOH?

I was walking my property earlier today and while I have plenty of small walnut trees, I noticed something that looked out of place since this hill was bare last year. Rubbed the leaves and got that rancid peanut butter smell.

Could I use any old glyphosate or triclopyr spray since it's not too large and doesn't have any apparent suckers? I do have some desirable plants nearby, which leads me to understand that glyphosate is probably better.

What's your favorite bit for using with feather wedges? Extremely unimpressed with Milwaukee.

Splitting a lot of granite/gneiss. So far the Diablo rebar demon bits have worked quite well although they have dulled a bit after 50 holes or so, but both of the Milwaukee ones that I tried broke after only a dozen holes.

Gave Milwaukee a call about it, and they told me that there's no warranty on bits. I'd accept that answer if I got 50 holes out of it, but when the tungsten is still sharp, I'm not applying down pressure, I've been using tons of water, etc - that's a bullshit answer.

So there it is - any better option than the Diablo ones?

I have a parent with hashimoto's and a sibling who recently saw her TPO move from 68 to 92. Seeing so many different reference ranges makes it hard to understand if this is interesting or not (why does LabCorp set the range to 34 while everyone else is 9 or below?).

I've had a pain when swallowing/tenderness in my thyroid area for the last few weeks, so had a color doppler ultrasound that showed mild heterogeneity with a 'focal cluster of ring down artifact without associated nodule' on the right lobe.

Initial reaction from the doctor was that these facts were individually non-specific, which seems plausible - except for the fact that I see a lot of anecdotes that say taken together, this is probably a warning sign of early hashimoto's. But maybe the pain that I'm feeling is circumstantial.
