I'm not incredibly knowledgeable on old tech so i thought id start here. I'm tired of using the tech i have now. the roku tv is basically a whiny child that can barely stream a youtube video without glitching out and shutting itself down. i have an old iphone that still works but i need to get off of social media and phone games.

Recommendations for home theater setups in a smaller space, best cellphones with long battery life and minimal screen space. I'm broke as shit but if someone could just give me a list of the shit i would need i would love it. thanks so much in advance

i need to call my dentist and make sure they take my insurance for the appointment i have tomorrow (i am very scared about it [i have really bad teeth and am extremely sensitive about hands in my mouth]) and i have really bad phone anxiety. i wish i had capacity for evil today but i am just sad and scared and need help
