I know these things run hot, I've floated between 200-225 when riding previously, but now that summer is properly here (living in Texas in the USA) its getting hot hot. Running temps have been 220-235 if im not cruising at 75mph on the highway.

I'm planning on doing a coolant flush in the coming days once I'm off work, anything else to do to help with the cooling system? I've also heard of adding a fan switch to kick them on early, but I've got no clue where to start with that.

Couldn't help but stick my VFR next to it, the colors matched too well.

Only thing he'd done to it was change out the exhaust and chop the tail down, completely original/stock otherwise. Camera was a little out of focus but I'm very happy with how they came out. Owner of the bike has has it since '96 and it was an absolute pleasure to chat with him for a good 30-45 minutes after I took these, absolutely gorgeous bike.
