Looking for a camera to take trail running. Griii, rx100, or something else?
• Budget: $1200
• Country:US
• Condition: used
• Type of Camera: compact point and shoot
• Intended use: landscapes while hiking and trail running
• If photography; what style: any style ( I’m a beginner). Mostly bright, sunny conditions in the summer and dusk/ lower light in the winter. I’m in Colorado
• If video what style: no video
• What features do you absolutely need: compact and portable. Image quality
• Portability: needs to be small enough to slip into my running vest, easy to pull out and operate
• Cameras you're considering: Ricoh GR iii, Sony rx100 iii
• Cameras you already have: none
• Notes: I’ll be taking this on trail runs so portability is the most importance factor. I’m drawn to the gr iii because of the sensor and it seems simpler to operate though I’m aware of the limitations with the fixed lens. The rx1000 is tempting for the zoom and viewfinder but I worry about its disability (dust, rain) and smaller sensor size. If the rx100 images are only slightly better than an iPhone then I’d rather just continue using my phone. I also have read the interface of the rx100 is like operating a computer which is a big drawback.

Wife’s 40th - need opinions on this stack
It’s my wife’s 40th birthday and I want to knock it out of the park. She loves delicate 14k gold necklaces and has expressed interest in blue sapphire as well as chokers.
I’ve previously bought her a catbird gold necklace and she wears it every day.
I wanted to get her a stack and am considering this 16” blue sapphire necklace from Jennie kwon + a 15” 1.36mm plain-ish choker from catbird.
Will these stack well together? Is the choker too thick? Any other ideas?
