Any advice for scale not budging?
Ive had a lot of success in past with weight watchers plan but stupidly got off it and gained the weight back. I started again 3 weeks ago dialed in at 255 lbs. Tracking everything I eat going to the gym and doing long walks every day. The scale first week dipped to 252 then 2nd week and this week its up to 254. I have tracked everything I eat and drink and my calorie intake is about 1800 to 2000 a day right in the range where ww wants me. According to fitbit i burn about 3400 calories a day and even if my calorie tracker was off by 600 a day I shpuld still be in a decent deficit. Any tips?
