Can’t seem to figure out how to install updates for games or two parts, could anyone tell me how? I am using Dbi for installing nsp games

Getting an error screen every time I try to boot tinfoil. I assume it’s because I’m using it in applet mode so I go try to do it via an app on my Home Screen which doesn’t work because they all have “corrupted data” but when I go to fix it I have to reinstall it which I can’t do because the console doesn’t connect to the internet on emunnand. Has anyone had this problem or at least knows how to fix it?

How would I go about installing modded software after mod chip installation? I’ve looked around reddit and I can’t find any clear step by step guides on installing modded software after a mod chip.

Also, would I be able to get games on the eshop for free? Or is it just already made ports? Was looking to get the new tomadachi life but I’m not spending £50 on it
