About Derek's Epilogue

So, quick question. If you make a deal with Derek by then end of step 2 to get together ten years in the future if you're both still single, but by the time you get to step 4 you are already dating or in love with Cove... Is there any callback to the deal in his epilogue and a verbal acknowledgement that it's not going to happen anymore? Or does the epilogue just default to the friendship route and never mention the deal as if it never happened?

Indifferent to Love (or Crush) Progressions

I've always loved the fond-crush-love-love progression, but I've been wanting to try something different for a while so I chose to go for a slow burn this time around. I went with what I thought was the most obvious choice: indifferent-fond-crush-love.

While I do love some of the moments MC and Cove have in step 2 as just friends (since Cove is A LOT more confident around MC without the crush in between, quite a few things are different), I felt that the progression from indifference to fondness was kind of abrupt? It got a little better after I played around a bit with the moment order in Step 1 (playing Sandcastle second last and Runaway last is what has worked better for me so far), but I still don't think I'm convinced.

So... I guess I'm wondering if any of you have ever tried an indifferent to love or indifferent to crush route that you liked! Perhaps I shouldn't switch to fond until step 3? Maybe there's a different moment order/dialogue choice that would make the transition feel smoother? Any advice and recommendations are welcome!

As an International Student in Canada, can I do my Mandatory Internship in my Home Country?

I came to Canada as an international student in 2023 and I'm currently in my last year of my bachelor's. I have to secure a job for my co-op term by October and I'm a pretty anxious person so I'm already thinking about my plan b in case I can't find anything in Canada. This is a mandatory internship, so I would still be considered to be enrolled full-time during that time and my school is open to considering overseas placements, but I still want to be sure that doing my co-op in my home country, if it comes to that, doesn't violate my study permit conditions or affect my PGWP elegibility in any way.

People who own multiple decks, how do you decide when to use each one?

I'm new to tarot and (accidentally) ended up with two different decks. One of them I already have at home and the other one is on its way to me. I didn't expect to buy two, but now that I have them I don't want to just... not use one of them, because I chose each one for a reason and feel like there must be a reason why both of them ended up in my hands. However, I'm afraid that I'll inevitably be biased towards this deck that I have already been getting acquainted with, or that I simply won't know when to consult the new one instead. I was hoping to get some advice from people with more experience. If you own multiple decks, how do you decide or know when a reading calls for each one?
