Hello yall I've posted several posts asking for suggestions and what not btw here's a quick summary for yall w boomed attention spam.

IT diploma graduate 92% christian minority

•i applied nearby btech cllg due to personal and mental health pressure

• Talked to people from that college on LinkedIn everyone was professional & polite, didn't give the real picture. Got my lesson late.

• applied for 2nd cap round 20-25 cllg branches total

• i dont have hopes ill get good cllf or atleast even teir2 cllg now as round3/4 are basically clean up sessions

elaborating issue briefly below:

i come from nontech family both parents are not well educated and im the 2nd born my big brother is commerce grad. i had no mentor no freinds whatsoever with whom i could discuss all this i am very aware of my mistakes and circumstances i was in i donot blame myself but look for whats ahead.

2nd cap round result comes in 2 days 14aug i got 92% getting into thane cllg is surely degrade and its worsw than u think

ive heard ppl talk about acap( agaisnt cap round) management quoto or visiting cllg offline im not really sure how this works so if anyone of yall uas knowledge u can drop info here or my dm any help suggestion or interaction w this post is appreciated itll reach more students

the reason why drop came in my mind was bc i consulted senior told him about what I'm going thru the only major setback he told me about drop was mental health, watching freinds grow an go lastly justifying up your drop year. i donot have freinds to tet jealous if they are doing better or not im speaking this w pure honesty i js had 3-4 batchmates/ colleagues.

im an cyber enthusiast ive worked at government org as internship im confident on my fundamental knowledge and am Willing to work hard on this field have no interest whatsoever in coding dsa developing. only 2-3 cllgs ive heard provide cyber placements crce tsec and spit?

should i take drop year? also will thinhs change in eligibility criteria? i wont be allowed for scholarship anythin?! im not rich i cant afford management quota seats.

i can work on certificates ,apply fresher cyber jobs everywhere maths basics ? should i take drop? pls justify your answer consider me as your younger brother

im sure i wont get cllgs ive applied to 2nd round cap im mentally prepared for worst it wont be less thana miracle if i get seat in 2nd cap im aware of my mistakes and im here to take notes suggestions guidance for my future i hope none of yall go thru ts.

•Has anyone here taken a drop for DSE and regretted it (or not regretted it)?

• Does CGPA actually matter in off-campus hiring? If I maintain 8+ in a Tier-3, is that worth anything compared to a 7+ in Tier-2?

• what real chances do i have rn? to get into descent no donation?

•offline ? acap? spot?

i failed cap round 1got fkced cllg due to faulty option filling and js got 2nd cpa round vacant list not a singl good cllg has vacant seats. got 92 and still messed up.

should i take drop year and apply for dse again?! note i got 92% in diploma final year 2023-2026 idk if i take drop 92% will matter next year dse

genuinely ive lost all hopes now its my fault i agree and noone gona leave those seats aswell round 3 doesnr matter ig stil will apply for option3filling

do lmk guys if i had not placed that bs cllg up in list i wouldve got crce or tsec christian+ ews bur not all seats are gone. pls share your opinion
