How to handle when a bull turns/spins?

Here is a video from my last rodeo. As you can see right as the bull turns I fell off, this is something I struggle so much with and everyone keeps saying stay square or something like that’s and I don’t really know what that means.

I’m still new to bull riding(been on maybe 30-40 bulls)

From this short video what do I do to be able to start covering bulls that actually turn back and spin?

i need some help figuring out a diet i can ACTUALLY stick with

I see things all over TikTok and insta and youtube about meal preps but honestly i wanna know if there is a good meal prep for the day that i can easily repeat that doesn't cost a lot of time to make and doesn't break the bank.

I wake up at 6:30 to go to work at 7 so id need a breakfast that's quick and easy but high in protein.

i have my lunch break at 12-12:30 but i can pack a meal prep for that.

After work i go to the gym from 4-6

then i work with my friends horses and other miscellaneous chores till 7-9 so that leaves me about 1 hour to cook for preferably 7 days.

Can someone please recommend some prep ideas?

macros i need to hit 1900cals 200g protein

I need help

For context I’m a left handed rider and use a Brazilian rope. I injured my hand where I cannot ride with my left hand and I have a very important rodeo (important to me) this Saturday.

My only option right now is to ride right handed with an American rope. Will this be a bad idea? I have never trained right handed.

I am riding practice bulls Wednesday but I’m still worried if I should call off the rodeo or not.

Can I ride left handed on a right handed rope?

I’m new to the sport so I’m still learning. I bought my first bull rope but didn’t notice it was a right handed rope.

I want to just say screw it and ride with my left hand but I’m worried it being wrong will cause more hang-ups or cause a different problem.

Can someone recommend where to get a cheap but effective pair of spurs?

I’m new to bull riding and I’m starting to buy my gear I’m only able to buy about 1 piece a week (bc I don’t make a lot of money from work) and right now I have my rope and chaps. I want to get spurs because I have a buddy I can borrow everything else from except for spurs and I do not know where to get my first pair.

Everywhere I looked there are like 100+ different kinds and way out of my budget.

Any advice helps.
