How good is vit chennai peer group? And is vit really that crowded?

I applied for both BE/Msc and Bpharm. And got wait list for both cuz of my less score. So I paid for BE/Msc degree and was seeing bpharma portal still showing payment due so I asked gemini and he was like just pay for BE is fine that will cover for both the programs. Today suddenly I checked an email from bits and it was written that we must pay separately. And I'm fked
