Ews out of sync with dme.

I have a 04 pre face lift that I recently got that needed a clutch. I replaced it and got it going and got to drive it 2 days before the key broke. Chip fell out and now it is locked up. No crank at all. I got a locksmith out to make a new key and he couldn’t get anything to sync. I’m leaning towards just doing the ews delete from the dme so I won’t ever have this issue again and I can get a spare key cheaply whenever I want. I was looking at rpm motorsports to maybe do it but I can’t find any reviews online for them, I don’t want to send it out and end up with a bricked ecu. Does anyone have recommendations for a tuner, I can mail it out or someone locally to Tampa or central florida.

Clutch parts

I just got a 04 s and I’m pretty sure the clutch release fork is bad. I’m planning on replacing the clutch ,flywheel, rear main, and throw out bearing while I’m in there. What else should I plan on replacing while it is all apart?

3 months on clomiphene citrate and Anastrozole

I am 30m 5’11’ 310 pounds. I was having many symptoms of low t (brain fog, mild ed, low energy, always tired and feeling weak). I got tested and the results are pictured. The doctor started me on 50mg clomiphene citrate 3 times a week and 1mg anastrozole once a week and I have been on them for about 3 months now. I have also started lifting weights 3-4 times a week which I have not done since high-school. Many of my symptoms are improved or gone completely now. The doctor now wants me to take the anastrozole twice a week to try and bring the estradiol down. Honestly this is the best I have felt since my early 20’s and I wish I would have went to the doctors sooner.
