Topped with wafer cookies, coffee whipped cream, more wafer cookies and chocolate ganache to replicate the layers of a coffee crisp.
Balls on top are Coffee Crisp balls.

Frozen Blueberries in Whole Plain Greek Yogurt & Dark Choco from Aldi’s. Peach & Honey Crisp Apple from the Produce Stand. Best Peach I’ve had in years. 🍑
Saw someone on here recently mention that if you mix frozen blueberries 🫐 into your yogurt that it’ll turn it into a fro yo so I tried it. 10/10 would recommend, especially with a drizzle of honey 🍯

Cheesecake I made earlier this month for Cinco de Mayo. Attempted to make a Vanilla Ice Cream flavored Cheesecake (even put actual melted ice cream in the base). On a Cornflake Crust with Powdered Honey & Cinnamon. Topped with whipped cream, honey, cornflake crumble, powdered cinnamon sugar & a scoop of fried ice cream.
Banana 🍌 Cream Cheesecake using banana puree & banana cream extract. Topped with Banana Bavarian Cream // on a Nilla wafer crust.
