Looking for feedback on my full body 3x per week routine

I'm having trouble programming a 3x full body routine. I see many people run FBEOD, but right now I'm looking to just train 3x per week max due having to balance training with martial arts and would like the extra rest days. Originally, I was running a ABC style full body routine, but realized it's better to just run an AB for my situation rather than having 3 full body sessions each with variations.

Routine each week would be: A rest B rest rest A rest

Full Body A — 12 exercises | 17 sets

  • Preacher Curl — 2 x 6-8
  • Lateral Raise — 2 x 8-10
  • Chest Press — 2 x 6-8
  • Triceps Ext — 1 x 8-10
  • JM Press — 1 x 6-8
  • Lat Pulldown — 2 x 6-8
  • Upper Back Row — 1 x 8-10
  • Calf Press — 1 x 8-10
  • Leg Extension — 1 x 8-10
  • Hamstring Curl — 1 x 8-10

* Leg Press (unilateral) — 1 x 6-8

  • Weighted Back Ext — 2 x 6-8

Full Body B — 11 exercises | 17 sets

  • Hammer Curl — 2 x 6-8
  • Shoulder Press — 2 x 6-8
  • Chest Fly — 2 x 6-8
  • Triceps Ext — 1 x 8-10
  • JM Press — 1 x 6-8
  • Machine Lat Row — 2 x 6-8
  • Upper Back Row — 1 x 8-10
  • Calf Press — 2 x 8-10
  • Leg Extension — 2 x 8-10
  • Hamstring Curl — 1 x 8-10

* Leg Press (unilateral) — 1 x 6-8

  • Hack Squat — 2 x 6-8

Edit: I should also mention that I try getting 2 sets of machine crunches in per week, but my abs to tend to get hit hard through martial arts training (submission grappling)

Could I reach upwards of 35ft vertical height with this setup for cleaning the side of my house?

  • Home Depot 2700 PSI 2.4 GPM rental
  • X-Jet DS Twist Nozzle 2-3 GPM
  • Downstream injector for solution

With this setup, could I expect to reach 35ft from the ground or would I have to try to get on a ladder and potentially go flying off backwards like an idiot? I was looking into buying a dedicated softwash setup, but it would be a bit silly for me because I would only use it once every few years for cleaning the side of the house, hence why I feel like for me it's either I rent the pressure washer from Home Depot or pay for someone to come and clean the side of the house.

Regretting choice of doctor after paying deposit, booking flight, and booking hotel...

I paid a deposit of $2,700 several months back to reserve a date with a clinic in Spain, specifically with Dr. Espinosa Custodio, but now I'm having regrets. The reason I'm having regrets is mainly due to the cost of what the FUE procedure would cost with Custodio vs going to Thailand and booking an appointment with someone like Dr. Patty who has a great track record and amazing prices. Originally, I was very against going that far, which in retrospect was very very dumb of me.

I know the deposit is not refundable, but even with losing the money from that, I think I would STILL save thousands going with a doctor in Thailand. I already booked the hotel and flight to Spain, but can cancel both, well, for the flight I would just have to take the full refund as flight credit with the idea that I would put that towards going to Thailand. I'm just not sure what to do... Even going with Dr. Patty, I would feel like shit knowing I blew $2,700 for the deposit which essentially went down the drain, but at the same time, it's sort of like the sunken cost fallacy since even though that money is sunk, I still have the opportunity to save at least $2,000 - $4,000 going to Thailand.

I just wanted to post this here to see what others would do in this situation. I know Dr. Custodio does great work, well, despite some recent bad results from his Mexico clinic which people are still trying to figure out what happened with. On the other hand, it just seems you can't go wrong with Dr. Patty, and in my case, I'd save money and maybe even get better results.

I reached out to Dr. Patty to get a quote, so I'm still early in this process of figuring out if I should switch or not. My procedure is booked for this October, so ideally I would like to know all of the numbers and compare them while factoring in the loss of the deposit money too.

Best way to get out of false neutral?

Most of the time that I get stuck in false neutral, it’s mostly because I didn’t shift firmly enough, and when I go to correct it, no matter if I was initially trying to upshift or downshift, I always try to correct it by rev matching a downshift so that it doesn’t clank too much getting back into gear. However, when I first got this bike (2019 w/ 8.5k miles), I was hitting false neutral a lot and didn’t know how to smoothly get out of it without all sorts of clanking.

So my question is, what way is the least harmful to get out of false neutral? Is it to rev matching a downshift or to do something else?

EDIT: Wound up ordering a shift stabalizer another commentor recommended

Trouble reaching 40+ ft siding of house

The siding of my townhouse gets up to 40-45ft I believe, and I wasn’t able to reach the upper portion using a 1.76 GPM pressure washer standing on a 4 step ladder. After some research, I see people recommending soft wash setups for this scenario. I considered renting a gas powered pressure washer with an 18ft extension wand from Home Depot, but I don’t think that’ll reach either. I’m a bit confused about the soft wash setups as well, I see people recommending the X-Jet M5 or the JROD, but I’m not sure what equipment to buy since I’m not looking to spend too much if possible.

I plan on washing the siding once per year and was looking to get an idea of what would be best to buy for that. Some of the budget soft wash setups still seem to be hundreds of dollars if I’m looking into it correctly, and maybe I should just bite the bullet and spend the money, but I just wanted to check here first before spending extra that I might need to.

Only taking Finasteride and not taking oral Minoxidil leading up to date of procedure

After my initial consultation around a year ago, they did mention to make sure to be on both medicaitons leading up to the date of the procedure, however, I was on oral Min and Fin and felt that I never responded to them. I have only been taking Fin daily now for over a year, and my procedure is coming up this October. Am I potentially messing up by not taking Min? My reasoning is that since I never felt like I responded to it (even when taking with Dut when I experimented with that medication), I feel that it's always been the medication I would prefer to just not take since I know the most important med to be on is a DHT blocker anyway, especially after getting a HT.

If I were to start taking oral Min now, I fear that I could potentially see some growth (maybe), and that could skew my results if I then decided to stop taking it after the procedure since I would then lose the hair I gained from it that maybe I could have gotten extra grafts for. Another reason I never really liked taking Min, and why I mainly (maybe mistakenly) took it at a lower dose at 2.5mg for the majority of the time I've taken it, and I know that would definitely be considered a fault on my part by many people since I know the general consenus is to at least take 5mg.

Coming from naked bikes, this was my first time taking the fairings off for a coolant flush/change, but I cannot for the life of me get them back on. I can’t get the bottom part aligned where the push pins go. I can snap it on and get all of the outside screws in, but can’t get the bottom part aligned.

I also tried aligning the bottom part first before screwing in any of the outside screws, but can’t seem to ever get the bottom push pins all aligned regardless of which angle I push it into the bike.

What am I doing wrong? I even caused a hairline crack on one of the fairings that goes across the entire plastic (at the top thin part of the fairing that has the two scews) that I will plastic weld soon before putting it back on.
