i recently bought a seat cowl from amazon but returned it because its not a snug fit and rattles around when i was driving. so im looking for a new one that fits well this brand is called oem i think because someone suggested thats brand but i couldnt find an oem website

hi guys, newbie here. Recently i discovered this weird sound coming from the rear and it gets more frequent the faster i drive, it sounds like this very randomly.
this is my first bike and i got it around 2 months ago but the sound started a few days ago. it only started recently after i washed the bike and cleaned/lubricated the chain.

I tried pinpointing the sound but i have no clue where it’s coming from, the bike rides normally and has no issues apart from the sound.

This all started with stealth mirrors. Got stealth mirrors because they look cool asf but as everyone has said and dealt with is that they aren’t functional at all. There right.

I did what any sain person here would do. Spent 50$ on this CarPlay camera set up. Hooked it to my battery with a fuse and switch and then presto we have back up camera.

Went ahead and installed this the same time I did my tail tidy kit so it wasn’t all too painful but I couldn’t ask for a better looking install from myself truly.

This has been good after a couple rides it holds up well and is a lot cheeper than any phone mount, more practical and has more features.

Need I say more?

I just got my first bike. Does anyone have any suggestions on upgrades such as a seat cover or anything?

With a heavy heart i parted ways with my 22 cbr650r. I bought it brand new and did three years in the saddle. Full akrapovic exhaust (no cats), artermarket levers and windscreen. What a wonderful machine it was.

I waited months for the black with no ETA and I couldn’t wait any longer so I finally pulled the trigger. Even though I didn’t get my color choice, I would say I have no regrets.

What's the general consensus on drop protection? I'm talking newbie drops at stops - not full crash protection on track.

• Some say do not use frame sliders, as they will crack your frame.
• Others say only use 2-point mounted ones like the Evotech or T-Rex Racing.
• Others say only Evotech because it has special materials to absorb damage to the frame.
• Others use cheap $25-$100 AliExpress Evotech knock-offs, and say it saved them without damage.

Which option do you prefer, Evotech for $320, T-Rex Racing for $160, or AliExpress knock-offs?

If you shouldn't use sliders, then what's the general consensus on engine covers?

• The GB Racing brand is $279.71 on revzilla.
• Puig has one in their catalog, $136.50 + Sales Tax - don't know where to buy.
• AliExpress has one for $29.97 from "GBRacing Flagship Store" which is claiming "BGRacing Official Store" with the trademark name, "60% Long Glass Fibered Nylon", and is AliExpress "Brand+ certified original".

If these AliExpress are knock-offs, then yes they probably use inferior materials, Nylon 6 instead of GB Racing's Nylon 66, as I read here discussed here on reddit and youtube comments. Also why GBRacing hasn't shut down this AliExpress store?

What would you put on your bike?
