Should I get the TCL nxtpaper 70 pro?

I wanted to get this phone because I often have eye fatigue when using amoled screen (samsung tablet and phone), but I read bad or mixed reviews about it, especially about the notifications issue and the fact that there aren't many updates.

I want a new phone that would last at least 5-6 years, so I'm wondering if I should get it, the price is currently 290 euros.

Chronic fatigue and brain fog every week except a few days during my period

I'm a 31 y.o woman and the chronic fatigue is literally ruinning my life, I've been struggling with this for 6 years and I feel so helpless. I can't get a stable job, have a normal life and plan for my future, I spend most of my time in bed and it took me hours to do simple tasks. The only time where I feel alive and don't have brain fog is during the first few days of my period.

Last month, 2 weeks before my period I felt an intense fatigue, had brain fog and headaches, I even went to do a CT scan because the doctor thought it was sinusitis but nothing was wrong, when my period finally came all these symptoms suddenly disappeared and I felt so alive for once, but then one week later I felt tired and lethargic again.

I have low ferritin so I thought that fixing it might help, after changing my diet and supplementing for months with "Fero-grad vitamin C 500", it went up to 34 ng/mL, I felt slightly better but I still had the brain fog and I got sick often.

I had to change my iron sypplement because my stomach couldn't handle ferograd, so I started taking iron bisglycinate (27mg), my current ferritin is 13.

I also got sick with Covid 3 or 4 times the past few years which worsened my symptoms (brain fog, lack of focus, chronic fatigue).

I want to know if there are people who were like me and managed to fix their ferritin levels, will the symptoms finally disappear if my ferritin is high? And how can I fix it quickly ? I don't want to waste months/years again, I want to finally live a normal life...

Thanks to people's advices on this community I ended up getting a second hand Lumix gx880 with 2 lens (32mm and 100mm), it's perfect for my small hands, the only downside is the lack of EVF but I'm enjoying shooting with this camera and I like it more than my Canon R50.
