I had the opportunity of going through this book prior to buying it. Naturally, the conjurations and evocations seem very involved and complex for someone living in a western urban environment.

However, my question is has anyone actually performed these and seen any effects or results?

I have tried many times to do the blessing of the energy center meditations.

For whatever reason, my brain just cannot get over dr Dispenza’s very strident tones instructing us to meditate on the centers.

If anyone has come across the same issue, how do you get past that?
