St David’s cathedral in Wales
Had the dog with me so seeing the inside wasn’t an option
The ruin next to the cathedral is the Bishop’s Palace

Had some leftovers and couldn’t decide what to make, so I made this appalling plate.
Tomato and mozzarella salad with cheese and beans on toast, with a fried egg
Tasted amazing!
My favourite lunch, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves fresh from the garden, liberally drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with a slice of sourdough toast to mop up the juices. Delicious
Found some limp asparagus in the fridge so fried it in butter then added an egg, delicious
The building is fenced off because of the danger of falling masonry
