Job searching sucks and takes hours per day. Today, we're launching Taste Match as a feature within our advanced search. Like/dislike jobs for a few minutes, and Hiring.Cafe starts figuring out the weirdly specific things you actually want in a job.

I'm curious what kind of matching you'd like it do? Do you want it to tell you whether you are qualified for a job? Whether the job is a good natural career progression? Or something else?

Hi All! We just did a major upgrade of our AI search. The secret sauce is our in-house fine-tuned LLM called "Espresso" that re-ranks the jobs based on your queries. In our experiments, it actually outperforms Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite, which is what we were using before.

What new features should we put in the AI search?

Hi All! Since we bought hiringcafe.com we noticed some people cannot visit it because it was blacklisted by their internet provider for malware (probably because the previous owner was doing something shady). We recently requested a re-review from many internet providers. Would you please be willing to visit the website and confirm you can visit now without problems?

Thank you for the over 2,300 company career page submissions. Our agent is working through adding all of them, but is getting overwhelmed by the number of submissions. We are temporarily pausing guarantees on when we will be able to complete the submissions, but estimate on average within 7 day of submission.
