I will categorise this in 3 ways narrative,potrayal,feats

NARRATIVE:

1.ROGER

Rogers narrative was once literally the ceiling of one piece once he got the one piece he literally started the great pirate era.Known as the king of pirates and the greatest pirates by many rival to strongest pirates at that era like wb,rocks and strongest navy man like garp.It is definitely a given rogers narrative is one of the best in the entire one piece. Literally the mc's goal he is

2.SHANKS

Shanks also has a great narrative as he is the role model of our mc and a strawhat wielder he is also an emperor of the sea in current era and also the rival of current world's strongest swordsman mihawk and also he is known as the child of destiny and was also a prodigy like his captain

FEATS:

1.Roger

Rivaled wb stalemated him for 3 days,one shot pre voyage oden beat domi rocks along with garp,rivalved garp, splitted the sky with prime wb

2.Shanks

One shotted kidd,wifi diffed an admiral, rivalved mihawk,bested loki(we have yet to see how it went),splitted the sky with wb

POTRAYAL

Roger

Roger had insane potrayal as a strawhat weilder and the king of pirates he stalemated wb and always was the mark of power in the franchise his haki was praised by the likes of kaido,was always the benchmark of everything as even mihawk said that becoming the king of the pirates is a tougher journey then beating him stated by chinjao the king of the pirates transcended all emperors,navy admirals everything,also was formidable in acoc haki,along was capable of doing haki mass attacks

Shanks

Shanks had insane potrayal too as the emperor of sea and a respected leader he was put in the same pedestal as the other yonkos by garp,a strawhat wielder was shown to be a prodigy as he learned rogers move when he was a child,shown all types of haki along with haki soo strong dorry used his haki to compare with joyboys stopped the marineford war,stopped kaido from going to marineford and also is in kaidos top 5 and even mihawk respected him during marineford

CONCLUSION

As both are strong haki users of their respective era I still believe roger has overall better potrayal and narrative as the king of the pirates and also roger fought better opponents like rocks,domi rocks,garp,wb,shiki but the midgen seems to not be constantly fighting each other and shanks is shown only to be rivalved by mihawk even shanks agrees wb was the wsm when ace went to meet him and that same wb was stated to be equal to rogers.

I HAVE ROGER WINNING THIS HIGH-EXTREME FOR NOW BUT SHANKS MIGHT SURPASS HIS CAPTAIN IF HE GETS MORE EOS FEATS AND IS SHOWN TO DEFEAT LOKI SINGLE HANDEDLY

Loki has better fruit,bigger,stronger is the current day god of war, fought and defeated hk harald, whereas normal harald was shown relative to rocks,is fighting freaking imu loki would've been stronger then everyone if he was not stated to be defeated by shanks who ch i don't believe is true as everything we know about loki till now is lies

I will compare them based on their feats,statements,potrayals and narrative

Feats:

1.Kaido

Kaido fought big mom for three days prior to onigashima raid,fought the scabbards then the worst generation,yamato and killed Luffy 3 times and only lost because of bajrang gun which he refused to dodge.he did all these while carrying an entire island

And surving many attacks like dura neg attacks from law and combined attacks from yamato and luffy

During god valley days he was chosen by rocks himself and even was not badly injured when domi rocks attacked him offguarded

His primarily anti feats are not dodging attacks which caused him some pain while law and Luffy was attacking him and failed to kill kinemon

2.Akainu

Clashed with old wb equally beat kuzan and has shown the highest stamina in verse for fighting 10 days.only lost by a ringout my old dying wb and survived gura attacks which shows his great durability and for sometime fought with whitbeard commanders

His anti feats are loosing the exchange between dying wb,stalled by crocodile,failed to kill yc 10 curiel,failed to kill 1 hp kuma

Potrayal:

1.Kaido

Kaido was potrayed by garp to be relative to other yonkos and one of the yonko was the wsm he is introduced of having monstrous durability and was said to be the world's strongest creature.Even the people in the story thought kaido was unbeatable and he himself thought of him only to be weaker then joyboy.He was potrayed to be very** **beautiful very efficient in his haki and devil fruit and also a durability and stamina warrior**

2.Akainu

Akainu was potrayed to top navy fighters along with kiz,kuzan as the admirals later he was potrayed to be the top of the navy being stronger then kuzan and winning the battle between him and kuzan.Navy under his regime has became stronger then ever

Scared of bb as bb sees him as a potential threat but potrayed to be weaker then the wsm

Narrative :

1.Kaido

Kaido has great narrative and build up around him since punk hazard as he was said to the strongest creature,doflamingo was too scared of him,big mom even said luffy can never beat kaido and he was shown to be a raid boss who will be ultimately defeated by joyboys second coming aka Luffy

2.Akainu

Akainu is narratively very important for the final war as he is the head of navy will potentially fight Luffy but obv will not be a complete fight will potentially die in the final war in the hands of dragon,sabo,koby

CONCLUSION:

Both of them are at the very top of the verse and both are very strong,Kaido wins this fight high diff as he has better feats and potrayals and statement and also a complete fighter who has shown every types of advance haki and shown full mastery of his devil fruit and literally needed to loose to a god after a full gauntlet.This fight might be extreme diff still in favour of kaido if akainu shows great feats in the final war as he is narratively quiet important
