New Lenovo Legion 5 performance randomly drops

Laptop model: lenovo legion 5 gen 10 (5070 core ultra 7 255hx variant)

Basically I bought this laptop like a month ago and it's under warranty. It's brand new. However I've been recently experiencing an issue. Basically I'm playing a game like pubg or remnant 2 and my gpu drops down to 0.6 volts and 1000 mhz. It's suppose to run at 0.9 volts at 2700 mhz. Due to this the fps drops significantly (from over 100 to barely 60). The issue used to get resolved by restarting the laptop but now it's persistent. Once this happens the gpu gets locked at 0.6 volts and low clock speeds and doesn't get better. It could be throttling but the gpu temp doesn't go above 86c although the cpu is going to 96c (it went to 102c today). The laptop is set at performance mode through the legion software during these sessions.

Is this a common issue? Is it something worth making a warranty claim over?

The Best and Most Terrifying Experience I've had Playing Elite

I never understood exploration before as much as I did recently.

I just bought the mandalay, quickly built a basic exploration build with what money I had (I dont look up stuff or do the most optimal money-making stuff I just do what feels the most fun at the time) and headed out for exobiology, which I had only done once before.

Round about a thousand light years from the bubble, I chanced upon a previously explored system that had a planet with 4 biological signals that had not been discovered yet. So I just mapped the planet thinking nothing of it and just entered the atmosphere.

It was JUST mountain ranges, biggest mountains Ive ever seen, I didnt even know elite generated planets like this. Finding a place to land was annoying with little to no flat land in some places. The first two signals were near some flat land so I could land. The last signal (we ignore bacteria thank you very much), was a tussock signal that (as far as I could tell at the time) ONLY appeared on large cliffs. As these cliffs existed in the very rough and large mountain ranges, I had to land a few kilometers away in the only flat plateau there and then ride on the SRV all the way to the signal location. It was HARD, I fell off a large cliff once or twice, I had to VERY slowly drive down to reach the space plants. The shadows the mountains cast were so big that I had to turn on my flashlight.

It felt like I was an actual explorer for once, trekking some dangerous mountain in search of life in a different world. Also, particularly scary with my SRV at 8% hull. It might be an annoying planet for a veteran to explore if looking for efficient money but for someone like me, It's the coolest thing I have ever done in Elite

Planet: COL 173 SECTOR BK-O B23-9 A 2

SRV compared to the mountains (You cant really see how big it truly is considering the bottom is obscured and Im at the mid point in the cliff

SRV almost dead

Bastard ship wouldnt even land when recalled, I had to go around in my almost destroyed SRV to look for a spot it could land so I can get off the planet.

When It finally landed, the feeling of relief was incredible.

Finally leaving the planet
