Im starting a premed and biology course in college and I do not have a laptop yet. Im really only comfortable with windows laptops. For me, speed and battery life are most important. I dont have a price range yet. What would yall recomend i get?

I’m starting collage this fall and I can’t figure out what laptop to buy. I’ve been looking at Dells but I’m not sure. I’m going to be taking a lot of notes so I’ll need a fair bit of storage. I’ll be using it everyday. I would perfect something with a good battery life but if I have to charge it a little more often it’s not a huge deal. I want it to last me at least 4 years, hopefully more. I’m trying to stay under $2000 USD.
