Starlight Precise Making Everything into a Mosiac

Anyone have this issue, when i run starlight precise it turns my image into a mosiac. Attached is the generated image, the 2nd more clear one is the original. I've gone back and forth with chatgpt and checked codec types and everything checks as normal.

Sitting alone at school during lunch - Dream

I'm 45 years old now but last night i had a dream i was back in high school. I relived one of my biggest fears, having no one to sit with at lunch and being alone.

In my freshman year of high school I sat alone all year. I saw people I knew but they were sitting in groups with others laughing it up, I felt ackward just intruding and doubted by abilities to fit in anyway so I never asked to join. There was one other guy who I think was new who sat alone. I sat at his table but neither of us spoke. It seemed like both of us were thinking the same thing, like it would be cool to be friends and at least have each other but neither of us wanted to make the first move, so we both sat in silence but at the same table. In sophmore year, I started skipping lunch to hide in the library. All of a sudden despite starving and losing weight, I was relieved. I no longer dreaded lunch time. I could just sit in the library alone and read.

Anyway, I felt maybe some of you can relate. As an adult working in large companies, I still relive this. Large company function or lunches and I'm walking around looking for people to sit with. I once sat next to a group of strangers at a different department and had nothing to say. Everyone deep in to their conversations about specifics with their assignments and projects, I just sat there like a wannabe.

Man that dream really took me back into that moment. It was kind of scary. I have a daughter in middle school and I hope she never has to deal with that.
