Hairspring Work

What are the best tools for hairspring work? To repair vintage and new hairsprings after they get bent, to make them concentric on all axes, to install new ones, to reinstall old ones after fixing them.

Right now I'm using rodico, tweezers, and pegwood but it seems like I'm doing it on super hard mode. I've been able to revive 3 vintage watches after fixing their hairspring but holy shit, it seems to be more difficult than it looks like, mostly because I don't have an extra pair of hands to hold everything still while I make adjustments.

Any tips from you experienced gentlemen? Tools you'd recommend?

Thank y'all in advance!

I loved the case on this one. Did a full service and regulation on the movement in multiple positions. Revived the crystal, and polished up the case. I think it came out great, what do you all think? Do you all like Soviet watches?
