Relay problems
So I'm a user of relay and I have several parcels on the way to me and outgoing too.
I've been told by two shops that take parcels that they haven't had any delivered for a week and every time they contact the customer service that they are told delivery will be tomorrow. This also means they haven't had collections.
I have several parcels that I'm receiving that haven't moved or updated in a week. I've contacted customer services and had no response... It's been ten days since the first contact.
This is South of the UK.
