Motor choice for low speed very high inertia ceiling fan

Go easy on me, I’m a mechanical engineer and electric motors are a little magic to me. I want to construct a ceiling fan to turn a large diameter (10 foot), very high rotating inertia and heavy fan (about 80 lbs). I’m fuzzy on how to find a motor that can handle the rotating inertia to start the fan turning and run slow speed (probably 60-120 rpm). I’m hoping to run single phase 120 V to it, but could run 240 if needed. Looking to buy off the shelf motor with I assume a gear reduction box on it. I’ve thought about treadmill motors or lower end VFD pool pumps but I’m not sure any of those turn slow enough. Tips appreciated!

Grommet access in back of cab

So I want to run a wire harness into the cab from the bed. There is a rubber grommet on the back of the cab (extended cab) that I hope can connect to the wire trough under the door sill but they are at different heights and I’d have to start pulling rear trim by the jump seats which is pushing 30 years old. Before I risk busting trim and clips that can be replaced does anyone know if this grommet access at the bottom of back of the cab connects to this trough? Or does it wind up going down into the channel behind the rocker panel which is a whole separate area

An epic photo

The amount of Army Aviation history in this photo is mind bending. It’s also an incredibly frustrating “what might have been” photo. Not mine but posted by the training center at Rucker.

Some of the “unusual” aircraft visible here

Sikorsky Defiant, Raider-X, ABC, several Comanches
Bell Invictus, the 409

Then lots of cobras, h60s, OH58s, model 47s, I think an S-58 and I’m sure more that I’m missing

Early first gen paint

I have a 2000 Tacoma in red and the paint is faded bad however it doesn’t appear to be clear coat failure. Are the early first gen paints single stage? Is it possible to recover it by polishing existing paint and hitting it with 2k clear?

Fender flares early vs late 1st gen

Aside from how they are mounted, is the sizing of the fender flares larger on the 01-04 versus the earlier 95-00? Has anyone ever mounted the later flares to earlier bodies? I want some larger flares but aftermarket options still in production is pretty slim
