Baseball in Radnor?

Any good spots to watch the padres/dodgers game tomorrow night? Traveling for work and staying in radnor tomorrow!

Sometimes you just get a good feel for what a stock is gonna do…

I’ll usually just take my win and leave, but I saw an opportunity here to squeeze a little extra after it went up faster than I expected so I rode the roller coaster a bit!

I guess this is a humble brag, so sorry, but this week marks our 5 year anniversary of owning this house. Here are 3 before and afters showing what we’ve done over the years!

No more dying trees that would have fallen over by now. No more rotting fence with rusty nails. No more poison ivy. Just a nice relaxing place for the kids to play!

The house sat on the market in 2020-2021 while homes around us were selling like hotcakes for above asking price. I guess I was the only one that saw the potential, and I’m so happy with the results!

I’m prepping this 8x10 area to put a shed on top of. There used to be a 50-60’ tree right in this spot that we took down 2-3 years ago. The area was level enough for what is was used for, but now I need to excavate all the remaining roots.

Started it by hand, as I don’t have easy access to a skid steer or anything. Looking for ideas on a few things.

Is there anything special I should be considering about excavating roots of this size?

Any tricks of the trade that would help?

I don’t mind doing this slowly over time, but should I bite the bullet and call in heavy equipment?

Thanks for any (constructive) feedback!
