Combo feeding

Hi! Baby’s 9 months and has been only on breast milk for his whole life. Wanted to start weaning a bit and introduced him to Bobbie a couple days ago and he refused to drink it except for a dream feed. Even then, he left an ounce at the end. For the awake feed we mixed 50/50 and he only drank half the bottle because he was hungry and then rejected the rest.

Should we:
- continue with Bobbie for another week or two?
- try Kendamil
(I bring up these 2 options because they’re easily available unlike HIPP and I’ve heard most taste like BM)
- any other options?

Thank you!

1 PPD possible?

9 months exclusively pumping and wavering between slight oversupply and just enough (currently averages 33 oz a day, 5 PPD). Wondering if I can start weaning but keep enough milk for 1-2 feeds a day? So just pump once or twice? Or will that just tank my supply into nothing?

Congestion

My 8 month old has his first cold. Been congested for a week and it’s worst was middle of the week. It doesn’t seem to be getting much better. No fever or cough but he’s not able to drink milk well and less interested in solids.

Should we take him to do the doctor? Or will it pass soon?
