I don’t see how San Diego could keep up with the amount of requests that are submitted on there. If you look at majority of these from a priority standpoint they aren’t going to get done. Neighbors dog is barking? Call the police for a disturbance not the city.
TLDR; don’t overwhelm the app with nonsense
