Looking to build an A4 clone, so i was looking for some tips and advice. I’ve only ever built A1s so my clone knowledge runs out after like 1975. I know the basic stuff but I’m more looking for advice on where to get parts, (barrel/upper). Also what would the proper Trijicon be? That’s the main thing I’m wondering. Any advice is welcome
Finally got the Xm16 lower yesterday, along with all the internals and furniture to put it together. Still undecided if I want to put a stamp on it too. Apart from that now I just need to pick up a phosphate bolt and nylon sling for the A1
Scored a $5 set of a2 gaurds, not the skinny type but I like the look. Been wanting to get a set to add a bit more room for attachments or something. Anyone have ideas for things, I’ve seen some guys add grips or lights. I think I’m gonna try out the maglite for a little lol.
Have another A1 upper waiting for the XM lower and parts to come in on Friday. In love with this lower.
Finally ordered an xm16 lower (grey), waited a week for them to process it, waited another week to pick it up, just to find out they sent me a tiger painted lower with a free tiger upper. Idk kinda bummed it’s not what I ordered, since I have no desire for a tiger painted xm16. Anyway just figured I’d show you guys. I already ordered another xm16 lower, fingers crossed this one’s grey.
