Perhaps not the most optimized build, but I rolled some amazing augments for chaining together a bunch of kills:

Nightstalker: Invisibility on takedown (like old Duskblade)

Get Excited: Jinx passive (synergized well with Nightstalker)

Upgraded Collector: Increased execute threshold from 5% up to 12.5%

Final Form: 50% max HP shield, 20% omnivamp, 30% bonus movement speed for 10 seconds after casting ult

Enemy team was 4 squishies + tank Galio and it felt like if all my teammates went AFK, I could still 1v5 every fight.
