Any free alternatives to undermine exchange?

I used to use undermine.exchange to find the best realms to buy recipes, decor etc. but saw that they're now only offering that service to subscribers. Is there another site that people can recommend?

Looking for an addon that helps manage warbound currency

Hi all, when I collect warbound currencies, e.g. timewarped badges, I like to transfer them all onto one character. Each time timewalking comes up, I do at least one dungeon each on 20-30 alts for the quest to get 200 badges. It's fairly tedious to have to transfer the badges from each of my alts. Is there an addon that automates this?

How important is it to use a Pandaren for cooking?

I'm cooking mostly for myself - making food/feasts then turning some of them into hearty food/feasts. I've read some guides from previous expansions that suggest using a Pandaren for cooking. I have a Pandaren alt with cooking but would need to farm abundance for the purple tool and accessory. How much difference should I expect with the racial bonus?

Since the trap method was nerfed, I've been looking for the best way to do them. Do you still go for traps, but pick up any treasures and rares you see along the way? Which zone is best for completing the objectives? I've had the most luck with Eversong so far

I haven't spent much time on the ICU but I've seen the occasional patient stepped down to the ward with a plan to wean clonidine orally for a few days. Occasionally, they get left on it for a bit longer because no one one the ward really knows what to do with it. I have a couple of questions about this:

  1. Is it a problem if someone continues taking clonidine, e.g. 150mcg once or twice a day, for a longer period of time, or even to be discharged on it?

  2. Is there a situation when you would initiate clonidine on the ward for its sedating properties, when you'd want to avoid the alternatives?

Hi all, I like to switch between two audio settings:

  1. Speakers as output with music, effects and ambience at around 50% and dialog at 10-20%.

  2. Headphones as output with master volume and all settings at 10-20% so I can hear people on discord.

I tried using Bears Switcher, which let me switch audio output device but I would still have to manually change the individual volumes. Does anyone have any suggestions?
